We offer complimentary Parcel shipping & delivery on all orders. Swatch Kits are complementary but don't qualify for free shipping.

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States!

At the moment, we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. That said, we are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date.

All of our packages are parcel shipments, meaning that your order will arrive in easy-to-handle boxes (think: FedEx or UPS). This also means that you won’t necessarily have to be home to receive them, they’ll be delivered right to your doorstep. You can track the date of your estimated delivery via the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email, or you can sign up for text updates from a link in this same email. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at support@anabei.com as soon as you place the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Estimated Lead Times

Please reference the estimated lead time on each product page. The estimate does not include transit time.

Transit times will vary depending on the final destination. Shipments may take an average of 5-12 business days to arrive in your local area.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address. 

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@anabei.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.
